How does it work, i.e. cooperation step by step

We take value in good cooperation with the client. We make every effort to select and provide our customers with the right tools - from database management through packaging and shipping of parcels and telemarketing services (call center services).We want to learn his needs and expectations, problems he needs to be helped with, the specific character of his industry and the goals he wants to achieve. Only then can we be sure that our operations will be efficient to a maximum extent and our clients will be satisfied.


Our cooperation begins with colleting information about

  • the product (what is the product, what is the number of products, how is the product advertised),
  • methods of payment offered by the company,
  • he market where the product will be sent to,
  • the services we are expected to render on behalf of the client (is it going to be a comprehensive support, the so-called fulfillment, or just selected services, such as database management, mailing or call center services).


During next phase, we develop appropriate databases in our company. We create or adapt the IT and logistics systems and train the staff with order processing and call center service. We have the experience and know-how in the field of database management


The next step is testing the system.  This phase is especially important for IT services. Internal tests allow us to check if the system proposed to the client operates properly and fulfills its role, and whether it has been adequately implemented. Within the framework of our tests, we print out documents and check if shipping activities have been properly programmed.


 If the test result are positive, we begin our cooperation. Due to access to a special panel, the client is able to control the ongoing information about the number of processed orders and the amount of payments received.
